This email address should be used when you have general questions about a product, ordering, store front information, etc. Questions about a specific on-going order should NOT be sent to this address.
|Foreign Order Questions: |
This email address should be used by all customers located outside of the U.S.A who have questions about their current on-going standard order, (non-layaway order), or issue with an order that they just received. Please be certain to include your order # when you when you send your inquiry.
|Layaway Order Questions: |
This email address is for all customers who have questions about their current on-going layaway order, or
issue with a layaway order that they just received. This is also the email address that should be used when customers want to approve a payment
towards their layaway balance. Please be certain to include your order # when you send your inquiry.
We will reply to your email, addressing any questions or concerns, as promptly as possible. Email correspondence is done from 9am - 5pm US Eastern time, Monday - Friday. We do not read or reply to emails on Saturday or Sunday, or during US Federal Holidays. If you email us after hours, during the weekend, or on a federal holiday, we will reply to you as soon as we are able to during regular operating hours.
