Q: What is a Wish List? How do I use it?
A: On all of our item listings you will see an image of a blue paper with the words 'Wish List' on it. It will be on the right side of every 'Add To Cart' button. If you see an item that you might want to purchase later, or maybe get as a gift, you can click on the blue paper to add the item to your Wish List. You must have an account, and you must be logged into your account, when you want to add items to your Wish List. Once you have clicked on the blue paper you will see a check mark on that paper signifying that the item has been added to your Wish List. You can view your Wish List on your account page. A link will be available on your account page, (where you view your Wish List), that you can share with friends and family, it will take them to your Wish List. When a person uses your link they will first be taken to a page requiring them to type in your last name, this is a simple security measure. Once they type in your last name they will be able to view your Wish List. You can delete items from your Wish List at any time; just view your list, select the item you no longer want or have already received, and click on the 'Remove from Wish List' button.
Q: Am I ordering a BJD to be made or are they already made and in stock?
A: Dolls that are listed as 'In Stock' are already made and ready to ship out. Dolls that are listed as 'Pre-Order' are not in stock and need to be made. Pre-Orders take an average of 8 - 27 weeks to complete and ship out.
Q: I don't see the BJD I am looking for but you do carry the brand; is there any way you could get what I am looking for?
A: If the doll sculpt is still being made by the BJD company then we can order it for you. Email us with the brand and sculpt you are looking for and we will see about ordering for you.
Q: I need a replacement part for my doll, can you order one for me?
A: Yes, if that part you need is not listed on our site then just let us know and we will provide you with pricing information.
Q: If I place a Pre-Order for a doll but also order some in stock items will you ship them together or separate?
A: All items in a single order will be shipped together. Your in stock items will be held until your pre-order doll has arrived and is ready to ship. If you want to place an order for a pre-order doll but want some in stock items shipped right away, then you'll need to place them as separate orders.
Q: If I place an order for a Pre-Order doll, how long would it take for my doll to be made?
A: Production time is anywhere from 8 - 27 weeks depending on the doll line. Please understand
that we have no control over the production time for dolls. How quickly
your doll is made will vary depending on the BJD company and how busy
Q: If I Pre-Order an item then change my mind about it later, can I cancel my order?
A: If your order has not been submitted to the BJD maker yet then yes, your order can be canceled.
If you order has already been submitted to the BJD maker then we can not cancel it, or alter it. If your pre-ordered item is part of a layaway
order, then it can not be canceled.
Q: I am outside of The United States, will you ship to me?
A: Yes. :) Make sure you are on our global site; www.mintoncardinc.com/global
From there you will be able to place a purchase with us. There is a small number of countries that we are currently not shipping to, please visit our Store Policies Page and scroll down to the Refusal of Service section.
Q: How much will shipping cost?
A: Shipping will depend on your location. You can use our Shipping Estimator to find your shipping cost. Add the items you are interested in purchasing into your shopping cart, view your cart and on the lower right side you will see 'Estimate Shipping'. When you are done you can either empty your cart, continue shopping, or check-out.
Q: Will I be given a total with shipping at check-out?
A: Yes, all customers will receive a total including shipping costs at check-out.
Q: When I place an order, how will I know when you have charged my credit card or received my Money Order?
A: Credit Cards are processed manually, they are not automatically charged. If you created an Account with us you will be able to see when your payment has been received. When paying with a Money Order you will also be emailed when payment is received.
Q: If I create an Account with you will my credit card information be on my account?
A: Credit card information is not kept on file unless you have a layaway order in progress. The credit card provided will only be associated with the layaway and no other future orders the customer may place. Once the layaway has been paid off the credit card information is deleted.

Q: Will my pre-ordered layaway item be ordered with the BJD company when I have submitted my layaway, or after I have finished paying it off?
A: Your order will be submitted to the BJD company once we have received your first payment, (deposit).
Q: Can I make payments on a Pre-Order doll?
A: Yes, see our Layaway page.
Q: I plan to pay via Money Order, how much time do I have to get it to you and where do I send it?
A: Payments need to be received within 2 weeks of the day an order is placed. If payment is not received within this time frame we will email you to confirm if you still want what your ordered. When you place your order you will be told who to make the Money Order out to and where to send it. You will also be given this information via email.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: Packages go out within 1-4 days of receiving payment for in stock items, we only ship out during weekdays.
Shipping time will vary depending on your location.
Q: I am having trouble with the check-out, what should I do?
A: Email us and we will help you with your order.
Q: When will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You will receive an email from either us or FedEx when your order has shipped. Also, if you have an account with us, your account will be updated to show that your order has shipped.

Q: I recently ordered a Fantasy Doll and the resin color is different than my friends Fantasy Doll, have the resin colors for Fantasy Doll changed?
A: The resin color for all BJD companies vary from batch to batch. In addition to this resin can change slightly in color with age. If your friends doll is in 'White Skin' and yours is too, the color difference is simply due to the fact that you received your dolls at different times.
